At The Beatles Official Store, we want you to love your gear as much as the music; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Beatles merchandise.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track your return progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
